Salary: £40,072.50 - £43,014 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Location: Dorset

Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the employee life cycle, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing strategically to align HR practices with business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to lead and influence the development and implementation of HR strategies that support growth, digital transformation, and organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven HR strategies in line with the business plan.
* Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure best practices in compliance with current legislation.
* Lead and support HR Advisors, fostering leadership skills and professional growth within the team.
* Oversee projects including benefit reviews, well-being initiatives, and change management programs.
* Ensure the organization adheres to safeguarding practices and safer recruitment procedures, maintaining a high standard of employee welfare.
Candidate Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
* Significant experience in employee relations case management.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment practices.
* Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
* Expertise in change management, consultation activities, and TUPE.
* Demonstrable skills in aligning HR resources to meet business needs.
* Experience in strategy development and implementation.
