Job Description:
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fantastic company in their search for an Assistant Manager with previous hospitality experience based in central Cheltenham.
DAY TO DAY:
Duties:
* You will manage all aspects of the venue, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
* Oversee the scheduling of events, ensuring proper staffing levels for each occasion.
* Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they deliver excellent service to our guests.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies.
* Monitor and control labour costs, stock inventory, and sundries.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with guest services best practices.
* Understanding of cost control related to labour, stock, and sundries.
Salary - £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience
