Systems/Management Accountant
£45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Hybrid model (2 days at home with 3 at site)
Derby - with some travel required to other businesses within the group
Eaton Syalon have been engaged on an exclusive basis to support an incredibly high growth manufacturing business in Derbyshire to recruit a really exciting role!
We are seeking a qualified accountant with exceptional technical ability to undertake a broad role encompassing core ERP/Systems and Management Accounting with project responsibility across recently acquires businesses in to the group.
Key responsibilities include:
ERP Systems Projects
* Review of processes across acquired businesses
* Finance lead on ERP upgrade
* Stock valuation method review
* Review and improvement of current reporting methods
Management Accounts
* Weekly reporting
* Cashflow
* Monthly management accounts production
* Journals and preparation
* TB, P&L and balance sheet (all GL codes inc stock) - timely production to strict deadlines
* Presentation of results to group
* Annual budgeting and regular forecasting of performance figures
* Quarterly VAT and levy returns
* Represent finance as part of S&OP team to ensure performance on task and review issues
* Annual audit
Our client is keen to attract a candidate with demonstratable experience in a core accounting role as well as proven experience of projects, particularly any involvement in ERP upgrades would be incredibly useful. You may have undertaken Systems Accounting roles as well as similar Management Accounting work and enjoy a truly broad role.
