6 Month contract
Day rate £210-£230 (PAYE)


* Manage, coordinate, and deliver all aspects of the audience report an annual multi-market research study including agency management, survey design, questionnaire development, data analysis, quality checking, key issue identification and debriefing to senior EMEA, and leadership.
* Continue to assist the US with roll out of the study to US and other international markets
* Support the Senior Research Manager in the development delivery and analysis of all regional quantitative research projects, including ongoing Kids, Adolescent and Adult trackers
* Undertaking the analysis and triangulation of data, identifying key audience & franchise opportunities and competitive threats
* Creating a narrative with actionable recommendations/ solutions for business challenges and strategy
* Coordinate and deliver relevant ad-hoc quantitative projects ran through the platform. To include identification of business need, survey and sample design, translation, data analysis, key insights and recommendations and supporting on deck and data debriefing to stakeholders/senior management
* Support the Senior Manager/ Director on ad-hoc primary research projects, making recommendations on research design and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
* Mentor and support the team Apprentice to ensure they develop a solid-research understanding and deliver a high performance
* Use in-depth research expertise and sector knowledge to recommend improvements to research processes to ensure best practice


Experience / Professional Qualifications Desired
* Proven experience of analytical and market research techniques, Agency background preferred
* Knowledge and strong experience of statistical tools e.g. Survey Reporter, TGI etc..
* Experience presenting strategic insights to senior level stakeholders
* Capable of creating a narrative with actionable recommendations from research data and insights
* Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functions and with third party providers

Skills Required
* Advanced skills in Survey Reporter or similar research analytic tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong understanding of both primary and secondary information sources and a creative approach which recognises the importance of both formal and informal research data
* Excellent analytical & numerical skills
* Strong ability to build clear insight from analysis & presentation of research data from a variety of sources including in-house data, industry sources, & current secondary research data
* Excellent organisational, written and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously
