Job Description:
Here at Stonewater, we are on the lookout for a Procurement & Contracts Administrator to join our Procurement Team and lead and contribute to empowering colleagues through better data quality, governance and standards to achieve business excellence.
As our Procurement & Contracts Administrator, you’ll facilitate improved data and governance processes across all directorates and group entities, to deliver compliant outcomes and achieve value maximisation on all contracts and services. You’ll support the Procurement Business Partners and Procurement Officers in accurately collecting and storing key contract data and supporting documents in the Delta e-Procurement system, and the Procurement Team’s master KPI tracker, to enable accurate project planning and delivery for the next 5 years. You’ll maintain detailed and consistent reporting and analytics for the whole Procurement Team, which will be shared regularly with senior stakeholders to highlight the challenges faced and benefits achieved by Stonewater as a business.

The ideal candidate will:

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
