To be successful in the role you will be an experienced management accountant working for a medium to large sides organisation. You will be working closely with Finance Business Partners presenting figures and discussing variances.

Description
Duties and tasks of the Senior Management Accountant:
* Management the performance of the management accounts function
* Produce and analyse company income and expenditure
* Maintain and reconcile payroll journals
* Responsible for the production of month end close process
* Management accounts budget preparation and forecasting
* Detailed KPI and variance analysis with commentary
* Preparation of financial summary and create packs for Directors
Profile
Experience required as the Senior Management Accountant:
* Experience in discussing budgets and forecasts and presenting figures to budget holders
* CIMA/ ACCA part qualified
* Excellent communication skills
* Desirable - experience in the not for profit, public sector company or keen to enjoy working for a values led organisation
