Description of the role:
* Monitor and report on performance with the external digital agency.
* Align paid strategy with overall business KPIs and provide creative direction for META, Google, and Bing ads.
* Track and analyse performance and competitor activity.
* Identify opportunities and collaborate with the SEO agency and internal teams for timely updates.
* Work closely with the Social and CRM Manager to align strategies and review content plans and influencer budgets.
* Manage CGI/photography strategy, logistics, and relationships with external partners.
* Oversee internal graphic designer for Lookbooks and POS materials.
* Collaborate with the PR Manager and attend monthly meetings with the external PR agency.
* Ensure strategic updates are timely and impactful; analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.
* Strategise and execute launch plans for new products.
* Report on key metrics using GA4, Google Analytics, Business Central, HubSpot, and Shopify.
* Manage and report on the marketing budget and conduct daily management and regular 1-1s with the marketing team.
About you:
* Expertise in Google Search, Google Shopping, and Bing.
* Solid knowledge and experience in SEO.
* Demonstrated success in scaling brands with strategic content.
* Excellent copywriting skills.
* Proven team management experience.
* Proficient with GA, social platforms, META Business, and AdWords.
* 3-5 years of marketing management experience.
