Job Description:
Joining a friendly, well-established business in Hamble, the successful candidate will be in charge of a small accounts team undertaking a range of duties including:
* Overseeing day to day accounts duties, such as invoicing, entry on to Xero software
* Banking and bank reconciliations
* Monthly management accounts
* Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
* Preparation for year end to pass on to external Accountants
* Streamlining current accountancy procedures and processes to ensure accurate and timely information and an efficient department
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 24-25 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding if this is spread over 3-5 days, to suit the right candidate.
You will need previous experience overseeing an Accounts department and ideally have a strong knowledge of Xero software.
