Job Description:
CCP are thrilled to be working with an existing client who are a leading award-winning UK private healthcare specialist as they look to recruit passionate Sales Executives to join their Stoke based office.

About The Role

As the first point of contact, the Sales Executive role involves converting hot leads from potential customers who have express an interest directly from the client’s website, speaking with new and existing customers; delivering an excellent, first-class customer experience throughout. To be considered for this role you’ll need to have a proven track record in sales, highly empathetic, proactive, take initiative, be a clear and confident communicator with excellent telephony and typing skills, strong organisational skills to manage and deal with difficult situations and conversations whilst respecting customer confidentiality. You will work Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm and 1 Saturday in 4; 9am – 4pm (day off in lieu following week).
 
Duties & Responsibilities
* Maximise the potential of every lead received and overcome objections
* Consistently maintain a high standard of compliance
* Effectively manage a pipeline of business
* Communicate clearly and professionally to the customers
* Work towards and ultimately achieve the targets set by the line manager
* Be polite and respectfully represent the business
* Be punctual and respectful of other employees

* £23,000 basic with an OTE of £30,000

* Excellent written, verbal & listening communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* Ability to build rapport effectively with customers and colleagues

Due to the nature of the role all successful candidates will be DBS and credit checked.
