An exciting opportunity with a leading Leeds firm has become available for a Technical Remortgage Solicitor who is looking to step away from fee earning.
This non fee earning role will see the successful Technical Remortgage Solicitor providing technical legal support to the legal teams in residential conveyancing. 
The main function of the position is to offer legal support, advice and assistance to these teams on complex cases.  
This does not set out every responsibility but provides an overview of the main areas of responsibility:
* To provide technical support to the teams covering Remortgage cases
* To liaise with the Team Leaders to ensure urgent files are dealt with promptly
* To provide positive and constructive feedback to Team Leaders as appropriate
* To identify process improvements
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in remortgage work and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
