Job Description:
Are you an experienced Facilities professional and an expert in Health & Safety?
Are you free immediately and available for 3 months?
If so, we have registered an interesting opportunity to join our medical sector client, in this varied and busy temporary assignment. A broad scope, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the organisation’s office spaces and laboratories and ensuring compliance with all areas of Health & Safety.
Please note, you will be required to be on-call however it is rare you will be required to attend the site outside of working hours.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Facilities and Health & Safety Manager Responsibilities
This position is split 40/40/10 in terms of responsibilities you will undertake each week as follows:
* Facilities and building management
* Health & Safety management
* Laboratory operations and collections

Temporary Facilities and Health & Safety Manager Requirements
It is essential you have a dedicated background in Facilities and Health and Safety, alongside:
* Ideally hold a NEBOH or IOSH qualification
* Ideally have worked in the medical sector, with experience in lab safety or other regulatory industry
* Experience or knowledge of the Human Tissue Act is highly desirable

Our client is located in Headington with no on-site parking, however, has excellent public transport links.
