As a PA to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and secretarial support. You will excel in managing the Director’s diary, prioritising commitments, and ensuring efficient use of time. In addition, you will coordinate activities for the Senior Leadership Team, produce agendas and presentations, and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage the Director’s diary effectively and efficiently.
* Undertake secretarial duties to the highest standards.
* Organise and coordinate activities for the Senior Leadership Team
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
* Organise and manage small events.
* Maintain office systems and handle data management, filing, and correspondence.
* Arrange travel and accommodation when required.
* Assist with induction programmes for new staff.
* Update the Senior Leadership Team on project statuses.
* Carry out delegated projects, including producing documents and presentations.
* Handle incoming communication and respond appropriately.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure information management processes.
* Support other administration functions and business leaders as required.
* Manage workload and meet deadlines.
Skills and Competences:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Initiative-driven and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
* Strong report writing and presentation skills.
* Sense of humour
