Our client is looking to add a highly skilled Business Development Manager to the team where you will come with business development experience across technical environments, ideally digital &/or engineering.

Our client pride themselves on operational excellence and delivery of high-quality projects to their clients by applying digital analytics and advanced engineering derived from an F1 background.
Our client work across several industry sectors including automotive, manufacturing, marine, aerospace, defence, pharmaceuticals, medical, consumer goods, motorsport, and climate tech.
Description
Our client is looking for an individual to support the development of revenue generation across key markets and strategic growth sectors.
* Support the business development process by generating and developing sales leads across all market sectors
* Preparing and making presentations to existing and prospective clients
* Working with senior leadership, operational and technical teams to develop costed client proposals
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and plans
* Maintain client and other business stakeholder relationships
* Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure that projects are executed on time and as agreed
* Become an expert on our client’s technologies and offerings
Profile
* Experience in business development roles in technical environments, ideally in digital &/or engineering sectors
* Financial and commercial acumen
* Be comfortable with lead generation and revenue based KPI’s
* Have a strong appreciation for advanced engineering processes and expertise
* Have a strong appreciation of the importance of brand and presentational excellence
* Have experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams including technical, operational and marketing
* Be comfortable with working in a fluid, fast paced environment focused on growth
* The ability to create and develop strong and lasting relationships at all levels
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Be able to manage and organise your own time
* Possess a positive ’can do’ energy
Job Offer
Our client is looking to pay healthily on the base salary with OTE to be discussed at interview.
