RefurbSupervisor
Bishops Cleeve-fulltime -Permanent-Salary£32,500 + Overtime
Working Hours:Monday-Friday8-16:30. 1 hour lunch.
Our client is looking for aRefurbSupervisorto join themon theirCheltenhamsite, managing a small team.
The Role:
* Carryout a variety of repairs/refurbishment of Portable Kitchen Units including roofing, flooring, carpentry, wall skinning, painting and maintenance.
* Other associated maintenance works required to doors, windows, hatches, drainpipes, vents and general structural works to Portable Buildings.
* Plan workload and oversee the refurb team ensuringperformance and works completion.
* Monitor and report required stock levels of materials
* Plan and oversee large project builds
* Continuously review workand procedures - suggest efficiencies andoperationalimprovements.
* Be an active and responsible part of the team with all matters relating to Health and safety practicesand other processes
* Work to grow a team and department into a multiskilled unit with agreed skill sets
* Willing to travel - onsite refurb/repair - Company vehicle(very occasional)
The Person:
* ’Hands-On’, can do attitude,goodcommunicator.Good customer service.
* Carpentryexperience, plumbingexperience, General maintenance experience
* Focuses on financial and operational
