Job Description:
We are working with a prestigious recruiter who are looking to add to their busy team with an experienced Senior Administrator who can support them for a minimum of 6 months. Joining this busy office setting, the successful candidate will be working at fantastic offices in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Working 9-5.30 Monday to Friday, this post is to start immediately and continue in to the New Year. The successful candidate will be involved with a variety of daily tasks and projects, these will include:
* Manage all client and contractor contracts
* Support with the inputting of all contractor time-sheets and manage all queries
* Manage a busy in box
* Updating fees and placements for consultants
* Maintaining the central filing system
* Manage all stationary and office equipment
* Book meeting rooms
* Provide all administration support
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior administrator to join this vibrant team, with an immediate start, the successful candidate must have:
* Minimum of 2 years senior administration experience
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Proficiency in all MS Office packages
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Strong time management skills
