The firm boast clients from a range of industries and are predominantly owner managed businesses or entrepreneurial SMEs.  The job vacancy is for an accounts and tax manager with experience managing a portfolio of clients and a small team.

You will be:
* Managing a varied client portfolio
* Managing a small team of accountants
* Providing accounting and tax compliance and advisory to your portfolio
* Monitoring WIP and billing
* Planning, delegating and reviewing work for members of the team
* involved in business development, networking and maintaining client relationships
You are:
* A qualified accountant with experience working in a UK based firm of accountants.
* CTA qualified or studying (desirable)
* Ability to manage a client portfolio and staff
* Good technical accounting and tax knowledge, corporate and personal
* Friendly, approachable and a good problem solver
