Job Description:
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Financial Accountant to assist them for a 6 week role. You be will be responsible for following duties:
* Balance Sheet - Reconciling property accounts receivable.
* Reconciling property debtor’s accounts.
* Vendor Statement of Reconciliation: Reconciliation of vendor statements according to the plan
* Proactively communicate with all landlords related to the payments and invoices.
* Resolving issues promptly through liaising with members of Expansion team and vendors.
* Provide insights into potential issues with vendors, potential risks and possible improvements.
* Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards.
* You will manage all queries that arise to ensure invoices get paid and process on time.
* You will be responsible for managing shared email inbox on a daily basis ensuring timely response.
* Financial Statements and Reporting - Assist of running vendor reports, regularly provide list to Senior Accountant (Property) to post journals.
* Document and communicate the AP reconciliation processes.
Profile:
The successful temporary Financial Accountant will have a good understanding of lease accounting and have experience using SAP.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

The temporary Financial Accountant role will be paying circa £20-£25 per hour, dependant on experience.
