IT Service Desk Analyst (3-11pm shift)
Permanent role paying **above market rates**
Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst with experience of working in a law firm?

You will be working a set shift of 3-11pm, Monday to Friday, based full time onsite in their offices in the city. The fantastic salary package on offer plus the fact you’ll save money on the off peak trains makes this a very financially rewarding position!
Your responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for all IT-related support and providing remote technical support for computer applications and hardware.
* 1st line service desk support
* Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite, Netdocs
* Office 365
* Windows 10
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* Hardware
Your skills:
* You must have experience of working as an IT Support Analyst at a law firm
* You must have experience using/supporting document management systems
* Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
