Job Description:
My client is recruiting for a role that is new to their organisation due to substantial growth.
They are looking for someone to join the team as a compliance administrator. This role will be integral to ensuring that the paper work for government grants is completed in a timely and effective manner to ensure that funding is obtained.
DUTIES
– The duties are to support the compliance team in relation to ECO3 and ECO4 schemes,
– General administration includes filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management with communication and updates on compliance
– Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes
– Assist Line Manager to liaise with external agencies in relation to compliance matters
– Reporting updates and changes with compliance guidelines on a monthly basis or as otherwise required
– Ensure compliance paperwork is updated to ensure funding is secured for work completed and paper work is submitted in accordance with government guidelines
– Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with ECO3 and ECO4 schemes
– Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
– Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
The working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
