Grant Custodian Project Coordinator & Support Lead
Location: United Kingdom
Salary: £36000 - £38000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term - until 31 December 2025, 35 hours per week
Are you a seasoned project coordinator with a knack for managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects? Join a leading UK Charity, a catalyst for system-level change in humanitarian action. in this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in transitioning grant custodianship from one household charity to another!
Main Responsibilities:
* Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions using Asana
* Draft and disseminate key communications and updates to stakeholders
* Set up and maintain consistent project reporting and documentation
* Coordinate with finance, legal, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth project operations
* Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly
* Support the creation and updating of essential project documents and risk management plans
Essential Skills:
* Extensive experience in managing large, multi-country, multi-team projects
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Proven ability to influence change at both operational and strategic levels
* Award management experience, ideally with institutional funders
* Strong organisational skills, including multitasking and time management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, particularly Asana
* Excellent writing skills, with experience in drafting formal reports for senior audiences
* Understanding of risk matrix in project management
Desired Skills:
* Experience in the charity or humanitarian sector
* Previous involvement in a spin-off process
* Confidence in creating timelines and Grant charts
