What will you do as a Credit Controller?
* Running credit control, including processing and chasing payments and debts
* Day to day control of the credit control email address
* Ensuring emails are forwarded to the appropriate team member
* Contacting customers in line with the debt chasing process and updating the records
* Allocation of receipts, contacting payers where appropriate regarding missing remittance advices
* Maintenance of the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all information is up to date
* Supporting the Finance Business Manager with other administrative tasks
What do you need as a Credit Controller?
* Proven experience in a credit control role
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Sage System experience & Microsoft Excel
* A keen eye for detail, strong accounting skills, and the ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
