Job: Reception Cover
Location: Donside House, Donside Campus, 1 Innovation Park, Aberdeen, AB22 8GT
Pay: £12 per hour
Shift: 08:00 - 17:00
Dates Needed: 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 20th, 22nd August
We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to provide reception cover. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.
Duties: * Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming
* Handle mail and deliveries
* Provide basic information and assistance to visitors and staff
* Perform general administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications: * Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
