Job Title: Debt Resolution Officer

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 OTE

The Role
Act as a representative of the Client to deliver a range of services that are required by various utility companies. The core activity focuses on visiting the premises of the client’s customers and performing the following functions relating to their gas and electricity supply.
* Gaining additional Customer Data. E.g. Meter Reads, Vulnerabilities etc.
* Execution of documentation to secure payment to the client.
* Execution of Warrants to secure payment / access to deliver resolution.

The Salary and Benefits Package
* £25,000 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
* £3,600 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)
* £35,000 - £40,000 earning potential via Bonus Scheme
* Mileage paid at £0.35 per business mile

Candidate Requirements
* Full clean UK Driving License
* Full time use of a car or van
* Business use vehicle Insurance
* Available to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
* Available to work between 9am and 4pm Saturday (occasionally)
* Be prepared to work alone or as a team, indoors and outdoors
* Excellent standard of spoken English
* Ability to make quick decisions/judgements
