Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services across various sectors.
* Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to expand our client base.
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to placement and post-placement support.
* Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
