**Ideal Candidates**
To be considered for this role you will need to have previous Tech, Finance or Fintech experience.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a proven track record in:
·Developing and executing strategic HR initiatives
·Analysing data to inform decision-making
·Leading projects in Leadership Development, Org Design, Career Development, and more
·Driving improvements in Talent, Performance, Engagement, Retention, and Culture
·Managing complex ER issues
·Promoting diversity and inclusion
**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
·Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
·Use data and analytics to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed decisions
·Lead and manage large-scale HR projects, including Organisational change and Transformation
·Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
·Support the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
·Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels
**Qualifications**
·CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role (from a Finance, Fintech or Tech background)
·Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making
·Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
·Excellent project management and organisational abilities
·Passion for mentoring and team development
