Job Description:
Location: West London (3 days working from home)
Salary: up to £35,000 + excellent benefits

Overview:
Working for a leading housing association, you will support residents progress into employment and training opportunities whilst engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.
A typical week:
* Support a caseload of residents
* Provide quality Information, Advice & Guidance
* Deliver employment & training focused support
* Engage community partners & employers
You’ll need the following:
* IAG qualification or willingness to complete
* Experience in careers, employability or related sector
* Confident communication & engagement skills
* Genuine passion for supporting others
