Job Description:
Trinity House Group is working exclusively with a leading infrastructure company dedicated to developing and maintaining essential public and private projects.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Finance Director (FD) to join on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and strategic growth of the company during this period of transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Lead financial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
* Implement and optimise financial systems and processes.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Finance Director, preferably within the infrastructure industry.
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
* Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Hybrid working is on offer (2-3 days on site).
