To strengthen their team, due to company growth, our client has a vacancy for a Risk & Compliance Officer based at their offices in Slough, or Hybrid with a minimum requirement of 3 days in the office . This is a full time permanent position.
 
 About the role: • Corporate Risk - identify, analyze, develop remedial actions and maintain the register for corporate risk to ensure compliance with domestic and international legal and regulatory requirements and ethical standards. • Regulatory change - manage regulatory change and ensure compliance through the provision of guidance, SOP’s, advice, and training. • Performing the role of Local Risk & Compliance Officer for all UK activities, also in coordination with the parent company • Establish and maintain a compliance management framework. • Able to communicate effectively, to manage the flow of information between management and specialist areas, and advising UK based Managers and Employees on compliance issues.
