SUMMARY

The candidate for this role will have experience and understanding of the tendering process (with Health sector experience beneficial, but not essential). The role will play a vital part in the company meeting its strategic objectives by helping the Sales Team secure major new business and existing client tenders. You will report to the Head of Bids and work closely with the Sales Team, Bid Team Co-Ordinator and SMEs companywide to co-ordinate, prepare, write, and submit tenders / bids.
This is a fixed-term position for up to one year, providing necessary cover whilst a member of the Bid Team is on maternity leave. The position requires 22.5 working hours per week, with flexibility around working hours. This is a fully remote position, and they will provide the successful candidate with all the necessary equipment for the role.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

* Bid/proposal writing experience in a corporate commercial environment.
* Advanced MS Word Skills & proficient in MS Office.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Proven track record of working on the development of successful proposals.
* Flexible and committed to meeting client and internal deadlines.
