Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support students with their learning activities and encourage positive behaviour.
* Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student development.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting, preferably in the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development are desirable.
