Production Operatives - Required


We are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives at our client based in Ashbourne, DE6 where concrete products such as paving stones and kerbstones are produced for use in residential, commercial and industrial environments.

Role and key responsibilities for our Production Operatives:

* Responsible for the manufacturing assets
* Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
* You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.
Minimum Requirements for our Production Operatives:

* Highly motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the Shift team.
* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Good organisational skills
* Able to work on your own initiative
* Ability to work to deadlines and problem solve
* Due to location own transport is required


Pay rate:

AM shift - £11.96 p/h

PM shift - £14.35 p/h

Overtime paid after 38 hrs @ £17.94 p/h


Morning shift:

* Monday to Thursday 06:15 - 15:00
* Friday 06:15 - 14:45
* Paid Breaks

Afternoon shift

* Monday to Thursday 14:45 - 00:30
* Paid Breaks

In return for production operative:

Catering on site
Paid breaks

Free tea and coffee
