Job Description:
* 9.30am to 5.30pm
* Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Position Overview:
As the Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of all accounting records for our European and Saudi Arabian offices. Working closely with the Accounting Manager - Europe and the Tax Supervisor - Europe, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of entity accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review statutory financial statements, audits, and respond to queries from external advisers.
* Review revenue and balance sheet reconciliations, and correct discrepancies.
* Prepare journal entries and coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate GL coding.
* Lead and participate in complex accounting projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and support HMRC initiatives such as Making Tax Digital and the Construction Industry Scheme.
* Streamline and enhance departmental processes and handle ad-hoc assignments.
Qualifications:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven and progressive experience.
* Experience in a large global law firm is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of European and Cross Border tax.
* Demonstrated high level of diplomacy, confidentiality, and excellent judgment.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
