Main Responsibilities:

* Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with their customers through clear and effective communication, making each interaction with the team an enjoyable experience.

* Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an excellent level of service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

* Finance Support: Make necessary changes to customers’ finance agreements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

* Payment Allocation: Accurately allocate manual payments to customers’ agreements, ensuring financial transactions are handled with precision.

* Documentation: Efficiently review and verify finance documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

* Correspondence Handling: Respond to correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.

About You:
Required:
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential, demonstrating your ability to understand and meet customer needs.

* Effective Communication: You’re a great communicator, adept at building relationships with both customers and colleagues. You possess compassion, empathy, and considerate communication skills.

* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively, even under pressure.

Desirable:
