Job Description:
My client is a large retailer based in Redditch who are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team at a busy period. You will be responsible for supporting candidates through the entire onboarding process.
Recruitment Administrator
Temporary – ongoing (3 months minimum)
£11.44 per hour
Monday – Friday / 8:45am-5pm
The Successful candidate will be joining an established administration team of 2 working within the Halfords Recruitment team, their duties will be but not limited to:
* Processing Compliance Checks.
* Arranging inductions / Start dates with stakeholders and candidates.
* Issue contracts through ATS.
* Support candidates through onboarding process.
* Diary Management.
* Making sure the correct information is advertised.
* Completing offers.
* Updating and maintaining internal records for training.
* New Hire and Internal Transfer administration.
Skills Required
* Organization Skills
* Diary Management
* Excel Experience
* Customer Service / telephone experience
* Attention to detail.
* Previous Office Experience (preferred)
* Administration background (preferred)
* Team Player
