They have established themselves as one of the world’s leading jewellers, and are known for their beauty and versatility. They currently stock in some of the most prestigious stores and retailers across the globe.
They are looking to appoint an ambitious and capable e-commerce manager to help develop and grow the e-commerce function. This is a great role for someone looking for a detail-oriented e-commerce manager role. The ideal candidate with be analytical with a hands-on approach. This is an exciting and varied role where you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the websites.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Run the day-to-day trading of the UK & International websites.
* Support the user experience development roadmap execution.
* Updating, improving, and optimizing user journeys for the website’s site to offer the best possible user experience.
* Google Analytics data
* Web content updates and seasonal collection uploads.
* Support with reporting of website, product, and digital marketing performance
* Monitor website content accuracy: pricing, images, copy, links, merchandising, etc.
* Support team with e-commerce photo shoot coordination.
Candidate experience and attributes required:
* 7 years plus experience in e-commerce
* Pro-active and Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Experience with Shopify / Google Analytics / Microsoft Office
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Tech savvy and an interest in website development as well as the luxury industry
* Shopify / e-commerce knowledge and past luxury experience
* Shows initiative and appreciates the diverse and rich exposure offered by a small business and start-up
* Passionate about your work with a ’can-do’ attitude
* Familiar with using CRM systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team player with a collaborative mindset
