Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy have an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a Legal 500 Law Firm in their Swansea office in the Court of Protection team! The successful candidate will provide support to the professional deputies to assist our clients by managing their property and financial affairs whilst helping them with their day-to-day needs. The role duties include:
* Assisting with applications to the COP to appoint both lay and professional deputies
* General financial administration including arranging payment of invoices and utility bills
* Liaising with families, care professionals, case managers and financial advisors
* Ensuring clients receive all state benefits available to them
* Assisting with the sale and purchase of properties
The role would suit a recent Law Graduate or a candidate with 6 months+ experience within an office environment.
