Job Description:

We are looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Assistant to join on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months.
£27,000 - £30,000 + Hybrid working + Competitive benefits package
Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
* On boarding new suppliers
* Completing credit checks
* Raising payments
* Processing and reconciling expenses, credit card payments
* Manage the accounts payable ledger - Taking accountability end to end process
* Assist with month-end activities
* Additional ad-hoc finance duties to assist the wider team
Person specification:
* Previous experience in managing an AP ledger - End to end
* Experience in dealing with multi-entities - Desirable
* Excellent people skills - Character who enjoys interacting & communicating with people at all levels
* Confident using Excel - Pivots, VLOOKups
* A pro-active, resilient attitude
* The ability to work off own initiative but also a brilliant team player
* A willingness to learn
* The ability to handle a fast paced environment & change
