A Head of Digital Development is needed for a nationally known and highly successful oragnisation based in Manchester.

The Head Digital Development will lead the transformation and continuous improvement of commercial and customer activities through application of digital capabilities.

The Head of Digital Development will deliver best in market digital propositions to their customers, that improve customer experience, processes and increase revenues. This includes customer facing capabilities such as website, apps and self-service channels, as well as data, insights, workflow and apps for internal use.
