Talent Officer * Salary: £40k - £45k per annum
* Location: Central London
* Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days work from home)
We are seeking a Talent Officer with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition within the legal sector. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility and a balance between working from home and being present in our Central London office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role at a Legal Practice and will be instrumental in shaping the recruitment strategy of the firm.
Day-to-day of the role: * Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, from role creation to offer, including CV filtering, interview scheduling, and conducting first-round interviews as needed.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and key recruiters, ensuring clear communication and regular feedback.
* Innovate proactive strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, establishing partnerships with relevant organisations.
* Manage the recruitment process through our applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate records and generating reports to optimise recruiter relationships.
* Oversee our LinkedIn jobs profiles and other external platforms to promote the firm to a wide range of candidates.
* Conduct market mapping for challenging roles and manage recruitment expenditure.
* Collaborate with the HR Director on annual salary benchmarking and create bi-annual recruitment reports.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to create engaging content for our website and social media platforms.
* Research industry best practices to enhance the firm’s profile, particularly for graduate recruitment.
* Lead the graduate recruitment process, including vacation schemes and Insight Days, and manage the AllHires Graduates system.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years in a Talent Acquisition role within a Legal Practice.
* Proven ability to multitask and manage competing demands effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in LinkedIn recruitment.
* Innovative and proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
