?? Our client, a dynamic organisation in Warrington, is seeking a skilled and motivated Information Monitoring Officer to join their team for a 12-month temporary assignment. As an Information Monitoring Officer, you will play a vital role in collating and analysing safeguarding and care quality data, supporting the team in their efforts to ensure the highest standards of care.
�? Organisation:
?? In this role, you will work closely with our client’s dedicated Safeguarding and Care Quality Team. Together, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate records and systems, coordinating relevant enquiries, and preparing insightful reports that highlight key issues and trends.
?? Primary Purpose and Scope of the Job:
?? Develop, design, monitor, and maintain systems for effective service delivery
?? Collate, coordinate, and analyse information to support intelligence-led activities
?? Prepare reports to demonstrate themes, trends, and issues
?? Coordinate relevant enquiries and investigations
?? Undertake necessary research and seek input from service users and their families
?? Support data collections and performance management initiatives
?? Inform the development of forms and processes within the service user database
?? Personal Requirements:
?? Satisfactory DBS disclosure
?? Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection protocols
?? Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
?? Ability to work well within a team and build positive relationships with various stakeholders
?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?? Attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret data
?? Working Relationships:
?? Collaborate closely with adults, their families, and carers
?? Partner with various teams within the Adult Social Care directorate, such as commissioning and contracts, care management, and First Response
?? Liaise with external partners, including Health Trusts, criminal justice agencies, advocacy services, and care providers
�? Engage with a wider multi-agency network, including public health and legal professionals
�? Professionalism:
?? Actively contribute to team learning, practise, and development
??? Establish and nurture a network of internal and external colleagues
�? Engage in regular supervision and seek support when needed
??? Manage workload within directorate priorities and council policies
?? Maintain accurate electronic records and complete necessary administrative procedures
?? Represent the department in meetings with providers, agencies, and other council departments.
