MK Resourcing are proudly working with a CARDIFF based law firm to source a Legal Associate specialising within HR and Employment Law
THE ROLE
Within this exciting and varied role you will be providing advice to employers, potentially drafting HR policies, offering corporate and commercial support and tribunal litigation.
This role will also offer advice to employees advising on settlement agreements, harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
ABOUT YOU
- Approx. 3 Years Part Qualified employment law experience
- Experience working with and acting on behalf of individuals will be advantageous
- TUPE advice
- Discrimination claims
- Settlement agreements
- Business Restructuring / Redundancies
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Social Media knowledge to contribute to the firms channels
