Job Description:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, stack, and retrieve goods as needed.
* Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
* Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by properly stacking and storing goods in the correct locations.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Conduct daily checks on the forklift truck and report any defects or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
* Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including picking, packing, and general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Requirements:
* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
* Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operation.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
