Job Description:
We are actively recruiting a Senior Account Handler for a global insurance leader based in Reading.
There is a strong focus on internal promotion with success stories including the Area Manager progressing from an account handler.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a dedicated client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact.
* Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
* Proactively address and resolve client queries and concerns.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments for corporate accounts.
* Provide support in sales activities, leveraging your corporate insurance expertise.
