The Role

As a Complaints Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and processing customer and third-party communications, ensuring that all inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently and accurately. This position demands a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will be part of a small but capable team, tasked with maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Logging Communications: Accurately record inbound communications from customers and third parties, ensuring proper classification and acknowledgment.
* Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via email using standardized templates.
* Complaint Documentation: Document customer complaints thoroughly, capturing all relevant details for further investigation.
* Record Maintenance: Update customer records with all received and sent documents, ensuring all interactions are properly noted.


Required Skills and Experience:

* Proficiency with office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.


Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the motor finance industry is advantageous.
