The Client:
My client is a leading Italian brokerage, who have a growing office based in the City of London.
They are looking for an experienced Broker who is fluent in Italian and looking for their next role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company that has exciting plans and excellent opportunities to further develop in your career.
The Role:
* Broking divisions into Lloyds, international, and company markets.
* The client works with a full-time 4-day working week and a 3-day weekend. For the 4 days you will be based in their office.
* Preparing broking presentations to gain new and renewing business, debit notes, policy documents, and more. This involves lots of client communication to obtain the relevant information.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, Underwriters, and more members of staff.
* Achieving a substantial growth of new business for the company.
* Discussing and advising on a clients current and future needs and assessing what is the right option.
The Person:
This is a fast-paced role and high expectations will be in place. You will need substantial experience and understanding of the Lloyds market and company market. Being a team player is key and also being proactive, efficient, and confident will ensure success in this role.
