Job Description:
My client based in Aylesbury is looking for a new Part Time Office and Facilities Manager.
The main duties will be:
* To liaise with the team and external companies to ensure all essential functions are running effectively.
* You will be responsible for managing planned facility maintenance and essential repairs
* Resolving first level IT problems
* Office maintenance
* Management
* HR duties
Due to the varied nature of this position, you will need to be:
* Very organised
* proactive and have excellent time management skills.
* You will also need to be methodical, with a high attention to detail
* Highly computer literate.
This position will suit someone who is used to fast changing priorities and managing a wide-ranging workload.
Working hours will be 22.5 per week, with flexibility to do over 3 to 5 days.
Salary is 33-40k (depending on experience) pro rata with excellent benefits which include, but are not limited to, a generous pension, private medical insurance and subsidised gym membership.
