We are looking to recruit a Private Client Fee Earner for a permanent opportunity with highly regarded firm based in Bradford.
Applications welcomed from experienced Paralegals or qualified Legal Executives and Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Successful candidates must be competent handling of a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate planning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing a professional service and advice to clients on how to proceed with all processes.
* Providing a high level of client care to new and existing clients including cost updates
* Compliance with office policies and procedures and the use of standard systems and templates.
* Accurate preparation of Wills, LPA’s, Estate accounts and invoices in accordance with accounting procedures.
* Accurate and efficient time recording
