A major company that services and supplies industrial pumps based in Birmingham are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join their successful team permanently!

Annual Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE)
Weekly Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 – 16:00

Key Accountabilities: * Maintaining and repairing the wiring of control panels for industrial use 
* Help to maintain any electrical problems within the building
* Be responsible for PPM
* Must be proficient at reading schematics and engineering diagrams
* Developing and delivering planned maintenance plans to plant and equipment.
* Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations.
* Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.

Key Experiences and Skills Required: * Electrical qualification essential (17th/18th Edition)
* Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC an advantage
* Understanding of preventative maintenance systems
* Positive approach to the working environment.

Desirables Skills: * The ability to design power panels an advantage
* Proficient use with IT systems
* Good / Strong communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Strong team ethic with positive working attitudes
