Job Description:
Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join their team in Swindon.

Working hours of a Lettings Branch Manager:
* Monday to Friday
* Alternate Saturdays
Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Branch Manager:
* £20,000 – £32,000 basic
* £50,000 OTE
* Company car or Car Allowance
* Career progression
Lettings Branch Manager requirements:
* Highly experienced in Lettings
* Able to motivate a team
* Highly organized and able to manage workload
* Driven and hungry for success
* Full UK driver’s license
* Great local knowledge of the area
Key tasks of a Lettings Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
* Managing the Lettings Team
* Setting KPI’s for the team
* Undertaking team meetings
* Help grow the business
* Liaising between Landlords and buyers
* Carrying out 1-1s with the team
* Going out and winning new business
