Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: £49,000
Shift: 4 on 4 off (D&N)
Location: Warwick
A leading Manufacturing client are now looking to recruit for a strong Maintenance Supervisor to join their state of the art production facility in the Warwick area. The ideal candidate will be from a multi skilled engineering background with strong electrical/mechanical skills and a relevant engineering qualification. The maintenance supervisor needs to have experience in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment as the business needs someone to hit the ground running. The duties of the maintenance supervisor will include leading a small team of maintenance engineers, by delegating work, Coaching and also getting involved with breakdowns on site.
Skills required for Maintenance Supervisor:
* Multi Skilled Engineering Background
* Relevant Engineering Qualifications
* Manufacturing/Heavy Industrial Experience
* Leadership/Supervisory Skills and Experience.
